The NCX
(Negative Customer Experience) is the number of orders that customer
reported a product or listing issue against total orders.
Here
we need to understand that these types of complaints may not be
reflected in REVIEWS or SELLER RATINGS.
Client
may call Amazon and that complaint will be
reflected in Voice Of Customer dashboard.
When NCX
INCREASES then listing may be under threat of deactivation/suspension.
When
you are selling on Amazon with Wholesale FBA model of
business, then you need to keep an eye on this Dashboard. As you are
selling others brand and these metrics will help you identify issues with
product and you will be able to take action in time.
