Amazon states that "You must register your Brand with Amazon before listing ASINs with this Brand name. Please ensure you are complying with our Brand Name Policy".


In simple words Error code 5665 means that Amazon wants proof that you are the brand owner of a product before you create a listing under that brand name.


How to fix 5665 Error:


Open a case with Amazon and write them against “Your UPC Code” you are getting this error (5665) and attach following;


1. Real world images taken from different angles, not screenshots or computer-generated images.


2. The product and/or packaging is held in your hand, or placed on a flat surface where the logo of your brand is easily visible.


3. Brand name used on the listing is an exact match for the branding on the product and/or packaging.


4. Branding is permanently affixed on the product.


After 7-20 working days you will receive an Email from Amazon, if there is no further documents required then Amazon will allow you to put your Brand Name.
